Polleg
"Stare in polleg' in the Bolognese dialect actually means to rest, to stay calm. "Last night I didn't go out, I 'polleggiato' on the sofa." This term is also often used in the imperative form of the verb, in an intimidating tone to cool down the tempers of the scoundrel on duty who is pushing not to queue at the entrance to the disco.
