(noun) : someone who is very close to being of age... usually 17 years old or 20 years old, and trying to pass as the next age older... only to be caught when they get ID'd.

Travis is 22 and going out with a girl who is 17.. but he figures she will be 18 soon.. so he figures .. aah what the hell.. and next thing you know..babies..

after the sonograms and stuff, it was determined that she was a point nine, confirming him as a pedo.

IGN cube's fanboy-favorite editor Fran Mirabella III unleashed an unwanted horse-head into the beds of many Gamecube owners. This happened when he scored Nintendo's "killer-ap" for the 2003 holiday line up - Mario Kart:Double Dash - the long awaited sequel to Mario Kart 64... with a dissapointing and medicore score of 7.9.
