(noun) : someone who is very close to being of age... usually 17 years old or 20 years old, and trying to pass as the next age older... only to be caught when they get ID'd.

Travis is 22 and going out with a girl who is 17.. but he figures she will be 18 soon.. so he figures .. aah what the hell.. and next thing you know..babies..
