One who moves pixels on the screen to make graphics. Any kind of computer graphics designer that makes things look pretty. A graphics jockey of sort. One who does alot of wordgiggin/word in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier etc...

This is a derogatory term used for production artists in the Film Special Effects/VFX/Computer Games industry to denote a menial production laborer for the creativity of others.
You are just a pixel pusher. You don't have any creative say in the final look or design of the project. We give you the concept art and you labor over it to achieve my artistic ambition and greatness.

A web design client who attemps to take over the creative process by telling the web designer to "move this over here" or "delete this", and results in ruining the whole thing altogether.
