When your face is horribly pitted like infomercial pitchman Jan Muller on his short-lived Beer Machine ads, you are said to have pitface.
This is usually the result of an extremely serious case of cystic acne in the teen years that was poorly-treated or even untreated.

pit face 

Facial hair, being a beard, mustache, goatee, or chin beard grown by a male prior to attending a concert featuring a mosh pit in an attempt to look more intimidating, less weak, and therefore less prone to one on one attacks. The pit face process usually starts several weeks before the concert date as the excitement builds up to the show and the pit face is shaved off the morning after.

Daughter: Hey Dad you haven't shaved this week, whats going on?

Dad: I've got pit tickets for the big show next month and have started my pit face.

Pisface 

Pisface is short for pistachio face and is a pistachio shell with an expressive face drawn on it. Pisface is a widespread art abandonment project that has reached a growing number of countries. Pisfaces are distributed through travelers, friends, and perfect strangers.

I found a Pisface in Seattle on a park bench. I will bring it to San Diego on my trip and leave it there for someone else to find.
