Around 2 years ago Party rules was founded. It start among the realm of Xbox live and spread quickly, definitions grew and now it can be followed as a way of life. Party rules is a life force for which selected individuals look to to gain knowledge on how to live their lives and to make important decisions. Lots of things can be party rules for example, Hair cuts, cheap alcohol, holiday destinations, The draganov sniper on call of duty 4 and Sweating.

When drinking with Loki Discordia's crew there are strict Party Rules that must be adhered to at all time, and must never be violated.

1.DRINK IT OR WEAR IT. That means if someone makes you a drink, you either have to drink it or wear it.
2.PASSOUT in a public place or with your shoes on you are free game for anything
3.FAGGOT=SHOTS, if you are declared a faggot you must defend your honour by drinking a shot or shots as the case may be
4.COCK 4 TIT if a chick gets her tits out you have to get your cock out
5.JIMMYS MUM, if she shows up someones gotta fuck her

6.SMOKING, if you have papers dont bum a taillor

mario party rules 

Mario party rules is a smoking game, you need alot weed a bong or two a mario party game on a nintendo console (64 works for me)
Now the rules are simple, pick characters, whenever you win a mingame a star or you win a box with an item coins or stars you pull a cone. Because you have to have a cone after you win a minigame you get ripped as you play thus making it harder or easier to win therefore getting a cone, Mario party rules works good when you want to smoke heaps but lack money therefore winning at MPR gets you quite baked
