A person or persons who speaks with the intent of deception, using fractional and incoherent information that on the surface seems legitimate, to achieve a less than reputable goal or to attract flattery to ones self.

Jimmy last night was using big words that were possibly made up to hit on 17 year olds. What a parlaten.

Parlamentied

A major screw-up at your own hands. This usually occurs at a critical junction or at the last possible moment that something could go wrong. Often is committed when with the opposite sex.

So I almost went all the way with Cindy last night, but I totally parlamentied it by getting cookie crumbs all inside the condom.
