Pandicapped

An individual who lacks the basic culinary skills and sensibilities necessary in the preparation of 'just add water' boxed pancakes.
Amiee (currently a culinary arts major), having an absurd late-night craving, decided to whip up some pancakes. After choosing the wrong mixing bowl size, spilling batter, and asking 'what do I add?' (to a mix that clearly states on the box: 'just add water'), she was dubbed 'Pandicapped' by those around her.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
