When you are really high on drugs and you start moving in strange, uncontrollable ways sort of like a wet noodle. It is a type of dance where you twitch uncontrollably. The person noodle grooving loses complete control of their body.
ex: Chelsea was noodle grooving so bad that she feel on the ground.
