A term for when an anime, manga, or LN tries to get out of being labeled as isekai by claiming to be fantasy instead, and then just not showing the part where someone gets isekai'd.

Native isekai
An anime "subgenre" of isekai. Unlike isekai who the main protagonist is from real world but transvered to "other world",the main protagonist is actually from the "other world".
