Rappers that make music with lyrics very difficult to understand or rappers that make a song with very basic lyrics and use adlibs(ay,yuh) to make it sound dope.

A form of music that sounds like a stroke victim trying to deliver a speech; it is often incomprehensible and illogical. Characteristics of Mumble Rap include:

1) The rapper's stage name starts with "Lil" (Lil Wayne, Lil Pump, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, etc.)
2) Lyrics are about sex, money, drugs, or fame with no originality
3) Mumble Rap is most often listened to by emotionally confused teens that get high (or vape) in groups in public areas
