Mickey Mouse ring

Mickey Mouse ring is a new term created by Lebron haters. Coined around the summer of 2020 by the internet it has been used to define the NBA 2020 Championship Lebron & AD and the rest of the crew won. They devalue the Championship because of the Bubble, invalidating the league.

(one of the funniest terms in basketball I ever heard lmaoooo)
“Lebrick is not top ten. This Mickey Mouse ring don’t even count shit was an AAU tourney.”

Mickey Mouse ring

An NBA championship a player has won that is considered to have been obtained through an unfairly easy path through the NBA Playoffs, and is thus discredited.
LeBron earned a Mickey Mouse ring in 2020. He faced an injured 35-39 Blazers team, a Rockets team with no player taller than 6"8 and an overachieving Nuggets and Heat team. Too easy!

Mickey Mouse ring

A Mickey Mouse ring is a used term by Lebron haters, which they use to claim that the Lakers 2020 NBA Championship was too easy for them and they didn’t have any competition. There are also excuses that the Lakers won because of the suspension of the NBA for 4 months then resuming to the Bubble.
LeBron and Lakers Mickey Mouse ring doesn’t count”.

The word 'flag' as pronounced by people with thick Belfast accents. The term is a perfect encapsulation of the disproportionate and overblown reaction to the removal of the Union Jack (as in 'de fleg') from above City Hall in Belfast. Where previously it had flown for 365 days per year, it is now flown on 17 designated days of the year - in line with many other British cities.

The event caused a portion of the Protestant community ('fleggers') to make international pricks of themselves as they proceeded to wreck the fucking place, claiming it was another erosion of a 'British' identity they perceive to have been under attack since the horrifying spectre of equality reared its head in Northern Ireland.

The word 'fleg' - and indeed 'fleggers' - fittingly describes a section of humanity unconcerned with knowledge, reality or the vagaries of the English language. Like America's tea-baggers they are ruled by instinct, fear and paranoia with a side dish of rampant bigotry and startling ignorance of the world around them.
"Wat de fuck like! The taigs got de fleg took down! Let's wreck de fuckin place! No surrender!"

"De fleg has been took down! Before ye know it there'll be a united Ireland! Attack Short Strand! God Save The Queen!"
