Smoking apparatus made out of purely McDonalds products only. These include a large drink filled with large fries, and a straw for the downstem. Instead of a drink lid you use two single cheeseburgers balanced on top with holes cut through them as a mouth piece. To attach the straw downstem use two chewed pieces of gum which are used to secure it.
Hey man could you stop by McDonalds so we can make a Mcbong tonight.

Scrotie McBoogerballs

A book that was written by Cartman, Kyle, Stan and Kenny in the Southpark episode "The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs". The book, and its wide success was used as a satirical device in regards to the over-analyzing of literature. The main objection was that the readers were reading too deeply into something which had little to no meaning.

When used as a comparison to an actual piece of work, it can be used to describe a piece of work that is worthless, but is praised, or it can be used to describe a piece of literature with its own merits, but is only widely known due to the (often unwarranted) controversy it caused.
Many examples of pretentious poetry can be referred to as a Scrotie McBoogerballs.
