A term popular in Japan. It describes a cute girl who is not necessarily plus size, but doesn't fit the skinny stereotype of Japan (and pretty much the rest of the world).
La Farfa magazine is a pioneer of featuring Marshmallow Girls. Their models usually weigh between 60 - 120kg (about 130-230 lbs).

She also thought that because she never got an ass whooping from an authority figure such as a parent as a kid, that there was nobody in the world that could do it.
