A term used by a dirty skater who walks up to a group of cool kids as he tries to sound equally as awesome.

He is trying to invite them to smoke marijuana in the weirdest way possible.

Shane: Yo guyss. Mad blunts!
Dave: I dont smoke. Go away.

Shane: "Hey ladiesss, mad blunts!"
Kate: "I'm down!"
Shane: "You got the bud?"
Kate: "Goodbye."
