Someone who uses the word "love" or the phrase "I love you" so casually and frequently that the word stops being meaningful. A person might do this to make themselves feel like a better person that they actually are, or because they want to fake being nice to gain popularity.
Karina and I have lived in the same city but not talked to each other in 6 months and when I bumped into her the other day, she had the audacity to say, "How've you been? I miss you, I love you!". Geez what a love slut!

I recently built this lovely slut and to power it on you have to hot wire it with 2 wires I extended off the PSU I zip'tied to the back of the pc.
