It's an alias for an apartment-sharing community in the "Leggeweg" (Osnabrueck, Germany). The term was directly invented by two of the inhabitants, which at this point will just be refert to as "Gayvid" and "schachä". These two visionaries are the only ones who own the legal rights to this term and the misuse by others is highly illegal.
