It's persian (farsi) for Pimp but it has taken another tone in a common vocabulary. It can be used to replace fucker, asshole, buddy, bro. It all depends of how you use it. It can be a friendly word or a very nasty one depending to the way it is used. It's as powerful as the word fucker.

When you make idiotic decisions continuously.

When you call a guy your boyfriend and continue to be with him even after he at a party only brings drinks for himself, doesn’t share, asks you to get him drugs, apologises to a racist and at the end of the day asks you to get an Uber back to his place.
