Also can be used to describe a male who gets his license suspended for being too sloppy and puking in a cop car

Example 1:
Dude pulled a Kicknagg at the party and got with Maria and I had to drive him to CVS the next day to get plan B

Example 2:
Me: I'll go with you to CVS with you so you can buy plan B, come pick me up

Kicknagg: ....I got my license suspended for puking in a cop car
