Adjective - A state of being covered in glitter and beer (or whisky), usually resulting from a night of partying or attending a Ke$ha concert. Most frequently occurs when black out drunk.

I'm pretty sure the girl I hooked up with last night was Ke$ha'd because I had glitter all over my mouth this morning

I woke up this morning and my iPhone wasn't working. I found glitter and beer in the ports and realized it was ke$ha'd last night.
