KKA is short form for "The King of Kissing Ass"
The title of "King of Kissing Ass" is given to a person who constantly kisses the ass of people, this can be laughing at lame jokes, constantly commenting on what they say, always discussing irrelevant stuff. Basically it is an ass kisser, but to the extreme.
