The feeling of regret and embarrassment for a previous night's drunken antics, such as drunk dialing an ex, sending inappropriate emails or text messages, throwing up in front of a crowd, or having sex you didn't mean to have.

Ugh. I got wasted last night and slept with my boss, and now I'm having a huge jerkover.

Jerkaverse

An argument based on a piece of religious text taken out of context.

Guy 1: Dude, the Bible is all out in favor of spanking in the bedroom! Matthew 5:39 tells us that, if someone spanks you on one butt cheek, you're to present the other one for spanking as well.

Guy 2: Jerkaverse! Did you even read the verse? There's no mention of a butt, nor is there any mention of foreplay.
