Idiotocracy

A system in which being an idiot is rewarded. Rewards can be anything with social and financial rewards being the most common. The opposite of meritocracy.

In an idiotocracy, the stupid get promoted to be supervisors.

Dilbert's boss is an example of an idiotocracy.
