A universal statement used to explain or excuse any incident or situation. To be most effective, phrase must be uttered matter-of-factly, with one's eyes half-closed to signify as much smugness and mystique as possible.

Friend: Hey dude what happened Friday night, you left with those girls, then what?

You: .....I'm Chuck Bass..

Friend: Ohhh, right
