Something Genji mains constantly spam regardless of their actual health. Even if they are 199 out of 200 health and next to a health pack they will spam this voice line until a healer comes over.

Mercy in voice chat: I have a Roadhog at 100 health I will heal you in a second. Plus there is a health pack right next to you.
