Hoe-lup is what you use to stop a whore in her tracks, when she is just way out of line or out of pocket. A phrase to quickly get her attention and cause her to shut her mouth.

This chick was out of line with her mouth so I yelled out "Hoe-lup" so she would shut her ass up.
