Hersa

1) A word used to described a person who looks unattractive or has something to do with a woman with a big booty or a disfunction with her clothing.
2) Used as a code word to get someone to pay attenion to something funny or important.

Guy 1:Hersa
Guy 2:You mean that girl with a wegie?!?
Guy 1:Yeah!
