Guardmount 

An extremely annoying bunch of words that the Navy tries to get you to memorize word for word. About as interesting as reading a radio manual. Purpose is to make grown men cry when they fail to shout the words accurately.

Sailor 1: Dude, do you realize we have a guardmount test tomorrow?

Sailor 2: (starts to cry) It's just so hard man!

Sailor 1: (Pats him on the shoulder) It's okay shipmate...

Guard Mount Broke 

The single greatest phrase ever said within security forces. When spoken it manifests unending amounts of adrenaline and willingness to complete the day. Also creates blindness to certain actions to keep from extending shifts.
