The term used to describe someone being grumpy, cranky or overall a childish sleepy turd.

Robert: Sir, wake up! We need to leave this establishment before Phillip arrives to challenge you to a duel!

Joseph: Robert, leave me alone, for I am tired!

Robert: Joseph, quit being a Grumpy McShittypants!
