Upon being brutally lied to by your boyfriend when seeing him on Grindr after he promised that he would respect you by not cheating, and/or finding his only pathetic self-worth on a sex app.

My boyfriend said he chooses me over Grindr and dirty, anonymous, unprotected sex but I saw him on the app today and I am now crying. I have been Grindronged by him for the last time. He is pure sewer trash.
