Girls rule!

An attempt by the females of a society to assert dominance over males by verbally announcing their superiority without asserting any proof to back up their claim. This is usually said by women in a society where they have been given a taste of equality, yet continue to feel intrinsically inferior. The phrase is used as a morale booster.

Jill: Girls rule!
Jack: Actually, men rule society, but if it makes you feel better to say so, then why don't you go ahead and print some stickers and t-shirts that say it, and have fun with that.

The right for a male to get out of any previous engagement with any other male in lieu of conflicting plans with a new female interest.

This condition does not conflict with bros before hoes due to the new nature of the female interest.

Scott: So we still hanging out tonight?
William: Naw bro. I hate to bail but I got a date.
Scott: But we made plans a week ago!
William: Sorry, but you know. Girl rules.
Scott: Alright, it's cool.
