Girls rule! 

An attempt by the females of a society to assert dominance over males by verbally announcing their superiority without asserting any proof to back up their claim. This is usually said by women in a society where they have been given a taste of equality, yet continue to feel intrinsically inferior. The phrase is used as a morale booster.

Jill: Girls rule!
Jack: Actually, men rule society, but if it makes you feel better to say so, then why don't you go ahead and print some stickers and t-shirts that say it, and have fun with that.

The Asian Girl Rule is a poem that states:

Chinese girls are for marrying,
Japanese for making love,
Other Asians can be pretty cute,
But Koreans are all the above.

Girl 10% Rule 

Women (or girls) are required to leave at least 10% of their food behind on their plate, no matter the quantity or volume of food involved.
