To perform vigorous, dedicated oral sex on a person and/or object. The act must involve the throat, with no hesitation. The term was originated by a prostitute with no teeth attempting to say "I swallow gloriously." She unknowingly had started the phrase and also earned the nickname, "Swallow Galoris."
