An internet phenomenon character created by and starring Lucas Cruikshank on the popular video sharing site YouTube. The videos are split into sketches, revolving around an 8 year old boy who is lonely, has a crush on a girl called Judy, has a mother who sounds more like a man than a woman and has never met his father, who supposedly is on death row.
In order to obtain his 'child-ish' gimmick, Cruikshank 'chipmunks' his voice so that whenever Fred screams, it makes your soul bleed.
After being on YouTube for over 3 years, 'Fred' has gained over a million subscribers, and was at one point the most subscribed user on YouTube, that was until he was beaten by YouTube comedian 'NigaHiga'.

A ridiculously lazy and eccentric dog. They are uninterested in treats, bones or toys. They only enjoy resting and napping. Large spaces and freedom cause great anxiety to a Fred. They prefer to be under the bed, behind the toilet or under the kitchen sink.

If you are a guy and meet a Fred just know once he’s in a relationship it’ll be with your ex and you won’t see him because he doesn’t give a shit about bros before hoes.
