Fluffalopigus

Noun 1. A lightweight worker who pigs-out on others' accomplishments. 2. A scheming employee in the workplace who cannot perform his/her tasks, but acts as if they are the best worker known to mankind. 3. A self-promoting idealist who has no idea how the real world works.

This fluffalopigus loves to make his job sound tougher then it is.
