The least amount of effort someone can put in when doing something.

When you pull a Fatmove and roll off the couch and crawl to the phone charger instead of getting up and walking.

Fatover

The guilty, morning-after feeling of being a complete fatass caused by an overdose of high calorie foods/beverages right before bed. Often relieved by an intense work out.

"Ugh I have a really bad fatover. I knew I shouldn't have gorged on burgers, milkshakes, and donuts last night. Time to hit the gym!"
