Facebook Friendly 

When you don't actually know someone, you're just friends with them on facebook. Or when you have only talked to the person on facebook.

This also can create awkward situations with the person when you do meet them in person.

"OMG you know Josh!?!"

"No, we are just facebook friendly"
or "YES we have become pretty facebook friendly!!"

adj. - the act of befriending someone on facebook, developing an online relationship despite the distance between them (usually a continent) and keeping the conversation flirty but not dirty;

Chad and I totally hit it off on facebook but he lives in England and i'm in the states for another year so we totally have to keep it facebook friendly.

What you engage in when you first join Facebook and you spend all your time searching for people to be friends with so you won't look like a loser.

Me: Jill finally joined Facebook today, and she spent the whole day at work in a Facebook friendzy.

You: Well, yeah...Nobody wants to look like a loser because they only have 3 friends!
