That annoying itch you get inside your ear, just under you ear-bud, forcing you to take it in order to get to it.

Fuck! I've got the earphone itch! I had my ear-buds just the way I wanted too.

Earphone-itch occurs when one shares his or her headphones with another person and then developes infection due to ear bacteria when putting the headphones back into his or her own ear

Girl: Can I listen to that song again?

Guy:Ewww, no way you're gonna give me Earphone-itch

Girl: Oh okay :(
