A contemporary band reminiscent of every other band that has broken through during the same time period. Their music is very predictable and unoriginal. As with most bands, there is always a group of individuals who feel that they are amongst the best bands of all time, but when analyzed rationally, they certainly fall short of bands that are widely considered amongst the best. i.e. The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, Led Zeppelin, etc.
1. Q "Hey, did you hear that new song by The Exies, Ugly?"
A "The Exies? I thought it was by Staind."
2. Q "Did you pick up the new Exies album?"
A "No. But I did pick up a copy of Are You Experienced? by Jimi Hendrix."
