A type that is awesome.
For you all who criticise ESTJs for being ESTJs, please look up cognitive functions and leave the poor type alone. Learn that all types are inherently equal in terms of potential, and all types can easily be just as unhealthy.
ESTJ are efficient, logical and down to earth. They, like ISTJ, are often seen by some Intuitive and/or Percieving types as rigid and inflexible, as well as closed minded. However, with their tertiary cognitive function Ne, ESTJ tend to be more flexible and creative when compared to ISxJ types.
ExTJs have dominant Te, and tend to value efficiency and directness, external sources and credible information supported by empirical evidence. However, unlike ENTJ, ESTJs tend to be a little more past than future oriented, comparing events in the past to current events, and are therefore stereotyped to be more on the traditionalist side. (Auxilliary Si).
Along with ESFJ, ESTJ are commonly associated with the 'speak to the manager' Karen. In reality, any type has the potential to be a Karen. ESTJ may also be associated with Karens for their outspokenness, emphasis on efficiency, and stereotypical tendency to shout at people. (A stereotypical example would be the ESTJ! Frank James in his 16personalities skits.)

ESTJ
One of the 16 Myers and Briggs personality types. ESTJ stands for Extrovert, Sensing, thinking and judging. If you are an ESTJ you have the personality of a store manager essentially. You always have an urge to instill order in everyone around you. Micromanaging is another specialty, you tend to instruct people on how to do somthing, realize they are doing to completely wrong, and end up doing it yourself. But hey, at least you don’t have a pesky F (feelings) in your personality, those just get in the way! And since you are naturally less intuitive, and have a more logical way of thinking you don’t realize you were being a jerk until someone flat out tells you. You aren’t insensitive, just an ESTJ, just tell them to get with the program snowflakes!

Toe Rag
A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.

Eternity leave
When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!
