It's what you call a Douchebag who isn't that much of a Douchbag he/she used to be.

Origin is because a pouch is smaller than a bag.

Hence, the person is lesser of being a douchebag.

Friend1: I tried being kinder to others, so what you think about me now?

Friend2: Well, since your not that much of a douchebag. I think it's safe to say you've been demoted to a douchepouch.

An excessive indulgence in douchebaggery whereby multiple douchebags or douchebottles gather and openly celebrate their love for hairgel, spray tanning, puckering their lips and throwing gang signs in candid photos, and the other nonsensical actions typifying the douche culture.
