Demtator 

A leader elected by a democratic process that is basically a useless dictator by another name. Often eludes to democracy but really they are just in it for financial gain.

Any politian involved in the expenses scandal in Britain. Name any of them, they are a Demtator.

Demtatorship 

Government that, by all appearances, runs a country as a typical democracy with free elections. However, the political theologies have become so diluted, and the populace so uninterested in the process, that those in power (and their opposition) actually govern in a dictatorial fashion.

Most of those living in the free world believe they live in a democratic society, but in reality, because the people have essentially given up all say in their share of the power, most people live under a demtatorship.
