Top definition
A collectivist application of Marxist class warfare along a far broader spectrum of identities, such as race, gender, and sexuality, as opposed to solely along class lines; intersectionality.
First, Marxism only spoke to the oppression of the proletariat by the bourgeoisie, but now men oppress women, whites oppress blacks, heterosexuals oppress homosexuals, the able-bodied oppress the disabled, & cisgendered folk oppress trans folk; WHO you are is irrelevant, all that matters now is WHAT you are, which groups you are a member of, your personhood reduced to your arbitrary characteristics, to that of an object; this is Cultural Marxism.

A social and political movement that promotes unreason and irrationality through the guise of various 'causes', often promoted by so-called 'social justice warriors'. These causes and their proponents are often contradictory and are almost never rooted in fact. Indeed, true argument or discussion with proponents of these causes is almost impossible, as most attempts at discourse descend quickly into shouting, name-calling and chanting of slogans.

Otherwise known as the 'regressive Left' - a play on their contradictory nature, specifically on how SJWs describe themselves as 'progressive' yet display strong authoritarian, 'regressive' tendencies. This term is even often used by members of the true Left who take reasonable stances based on logic and evidence, and are eager to distance themselves from the fanatics who have effectively hijacked their side of the political spectrum.

NOTE: Naturally, Cultural Marxism itself is described by SJWs as a 'conspiracy theory', in an attempt to delegitimise their critics.
Some examples of Cultural Marxism include:

- Political Correctness.

- Privilege.

- Third-Wave Feminism.

- Anti-Capitalism.

- Anti-Islamophobia.

- Identity Politics.

- Anything that involves perpetual anger and outrage, denies personal responsibility, demands the surrender of personal liberties as a form of appeasement, or legitimises what would normally be considered madness. Or a combination of all of these characteristics.

Cultural Marxism aims to incite societal collapse via the promotion of degeneracy, hedonism and irrationality, often justified by relativism. In creating an animalistic, intellectually weak populace, our oppressors can grasp total control of our lives through tyrannical rules and regulations imposed by a vicious globalist government, enabled by the compliance of the mental slaves they’ve socially and culturally indoctrinated into advocating for their own subjugation.

Marxists have allegedly advocated the spread of Marxism by means of a “long march through the institutions” — the act of subverting a society through the gradual, incremental infiltration of key institutions such as the schools and universities, the media, the courts, the labour unions, the cinema and theatre, the seminaries and churches, and at least one major political party.

Cultural Marxism targets the family unit (AKA the building block of society), tradition, culture, individualism, the right to bear arms, civil liberties, critical thinking, deism, rationalism, national identity, and seeks to dismantle functional systems of order. Contrarily, it promotes sexual decadence, self-indulgence, mass immigration, relativism, and a nanny state type government in which the people are dependent on the state for survival.
“What’s this ‘Cultural Marxism’ thing you keep going on about?”

“Oh, just a convincing conspiracy theory in which the root cause of the rampant promiscuity and sheer stupidity that’s plagued the First World for decades is a result of social engineering by powerful and wealthy globalist elites in a mastermind plot to severely weaken the world so they can enslave us as helpless tax cattle and exercise full authority over our lives in a nightmarish Orwellian manner.”

A term invented by white supremacists to describe "da jooz" taking over the world and having a plan which they thought up years and years ago to randomly eradicate pure traditional white christian values. Cultural Marxism has nothing to do with actual Marxism and is a great example of white supremacists not even knowing what Marxism is but some white supremacists say it has to do with Marxism some how because people are made the victim like in Marxism where workers are made the victim, but you could say that white-supremacists are Marxists according to this logic for making white people a victim of "da jooz".
Cletus: THESE GODDARN CULTURAL MARXIST JOOZ ARE TAKING OVER THE WORLD!
Billy: WOT IN TARNATION DID YOU SAY CLETUS?!
Cletus: I SAID THE GODDARN CULTURAL MARXISM BELIEVING JOOZ FROM THE FRANKFURT SCHOOL ARE TAKING OVER THE WORLD AND TRYING TO ERADICATE WHITE PEOPLE!
Billy: WHAT IN THE LORDS NAME?!

a really bigoted quack conspiracy theory wherein conservatives assert that there is a conspiracy where black people, lgbt people, leftists, immigrants, and anti-colonial advocates are seen as working together to instill Marxism under the pretense of multiculturalism.
