Covidcase

One who has become a basketcase due to being under quarantine lockdown too long during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.

My roommate has become a complete covidcase! She's freaking out over everything and climbing the walls because she hasn't gone outside or seen anyone since CA governor Newsom put the state on quarantine lockdown on March 16, 2020 to try to flatten the curve of infection cases in his state.

A hidden camera set up to monitor the degree of social distancing behavior among children, teenagers or employees.

Yeah, it is voyeuristic for sure, but we gotta watch the COVIDcam to responsibly protect the greater good!

COVIDwashing

Covidwashing is the act individuals and organisations use to exploit the pandemic to mislead people. This is usually so that they can hide their selfishness, incompetence or laziness.

It is pretty much used as an excuse for doing whatever you want.

I called the bank today and was told I would need to wait 20 minutes due to the strains put on them by the current pandemic.

This is strange because they have always made me wait 20 minutes. This sounds like a case of the banks COVIDwashing their incompetence.
