Like Groundhog Day but without lovable rodents or Bill Murray, COVIDay refers to the way every day under quarantine, stay-at-home, the new normal or whatever we call this feels indistinguishable from the last.

Her: Do you remember when we have that Zoom meeting scheduled?

Livin' Covida Loca

Ironic term used to describe the boredom of life during lockdown, curfew or due to limited options for entertainment, during the COVID-19 pandemic. May also be used to describe activities associated with staying at/working from home, during the pandemic, such as spanking half a litre of gin for breakfast, or getting blitzed on a mock pub quiz over Microsoft Teams on a Tuesday.

Co-worker 1: you might be in some trouble with the boss after calling him a bellend at yesterday's online meeting
Co-worker 2: oh man, I put Jack Daniel's over my cornflakes at breakfast, and don't remember much after 10am
Co-worker 1: Ha! Just 'Livin' Covida Loca', huh?

an adjective or adverb applied to any and all items and/or behaviors related to the germy world of Covid 19 brought into a quarantined household by the outside world.

Keep that covidy grocery bag out of my kitchen! And while you're at it, stop walking around the touching everything without washing your hands first and acting all covidy like that. Ugghh
