The term you would use for a politician that makes shady deals and is dishonest to the voters after they have been elected to office, regardless what political party they are from.
That person is such a corrupticat they flip on the issues just to please public opinion and the latest trends.

corrupticut

Reference to the left-wing dominated state of Connecticut. The term "corrupticut" was popularized following a wave of political scandals involving the Italian Mafia, the former governor, several city mayors and state lawmakers; most of whom are or have served prison sentences.
Our taxes are so high, yet this state has nothing to show for it because the crooks running Corrupticut are in the back pocket of the Mob.

When a Government, organization, group, or cult becomes so corrupt it inadvertently suicides itself.
The United States made itself vulnerable to corrupticide when it started making trade deals with other countries to allow corporations access to lower wage workers -- effectively outsourcing Americas middle class.
