A racist term used to describe people with Eastern looking eyes, usually smaller eyes. However, they can still be beautiful eyes.

My girlfriend has chinky eyes, however they are still the most beautiful eyes I have looked in.

Chink eyes

A tell tale sign that someone is high. It's what happens to your eyes when you are high on dope and try not to laugh... your eyes sometimes resemble those of asians (or the derogatory word chink) --> Therefore the word chink eyes is born.

Q: Damn did Mitch just come to class high??
A: I am not sure....oh ya he is. He's got them chink eyes.

Chink Eyes

The result of rolling double threes on dice, similar to how double ones are referred to as snake eyes. Comes from the fact that the "3" side of most dice have the dots in a straight line, resembling that of an Asian's eye.

(At the Craps table) Player 1: Going for the hard six?
Player 2: Yeah, here goes. *Rolls*
(The dice show double threes)
Player 2: Chink eyes! Yes!
