A three pronged solution for a problem, the solution being very immoral. First coined by Erich Honecker, a East German politician, who was referring to the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989, in regards on what to do about the crowds of pro-democratic protestors/demonstrators in East Germany.

1. To take an extremely aggressive stance on the problem, as well as employing an extremely aggressive solution, making sure to always break UN international laws and all known morality principles in the process while conducting said solution,

2. To always deny any involvement, existance or knowledge of such event,

3. The extensive use of propaganda, censorship, intimidation, blackmail, extortion or any other methods to alter the opinions of the public of the solution, often going as far as to, persuading the public into approving of the solution, turning a blind eye or to be ignorant of the solution and the censorship and suppression of any information that antagonises said guilty party.
'There was a written order from Hoenecker, for a so-called "Chinese solution". It could of been worse than Bejing,'

-Markus Wolf, former head of East Germany's intelligence agencies.
