Caca-poo 

A piece of poop that is very big and smelly. Used as an insult. Not an object. Often used in times of anger or frustration. Usually, a word comes before Caca-poo such as "stupid," to emphasize your statement.

Totally, he was such a stupid caca-poo today. Ugh.
