not "all caps" just when you use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence. it's like being formal but being formal in a no formal conversation is weird. so don't :)
friend 1: "Hey want to go out tonight? I found a nice place. What you think?"

When you are marking someone’s English you would say ‘Great use of capital letters!’ Instead of ‘great use of vocabulary!’

Small dick or small penis. Meaning that the guy has big ball and a small penis. The penis is always pointing out as if it bigger whereas it is small.
