1) A person trained in the art of preparing and serving burritos.

2) Anyone who prepares and serves burritos at a burrito taqueria.

(Derived from the term "barista," which is the italian word for "bartender" often used to describe a person who prepares and serves coffee.)

- I'm a burritoista at Jose's Taqueria, but only until I finish my novel.
